Malaga Airport (AGP)
Malaga Airport (AGP) is located close to the Spanish Costa del Sol, southwest of Malaga and northeast of places like Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Beautiful Granada is also accessible from the airport. Malaga Airport has two runways and is the fourth busiest airport in Spain.
Birthplace of Picasso, the lively cosmopolitan city of Málaga is located on the beautiful coast of Andalusia. Blessed with sunshine and a fantastic quality of life, Málaga offers vibrant nightlife, museums and exceptional seafood restaurants alongside wide boulevards, swaying palm trees and beautiful beaches.
The coastal area, which enjoys a privileged geographical location, is protected by the mountains from the north wind and provides the highest average temperatures in Spain and more than 300 days of sunshine per year. While along the rugged eastern portion of the country's rocky projections permeate the sea, the western area is milder and sandier with great beaches making it one of the most developed areas of Andalusia due to its demographic and tourist appeal.
